John A. Edwardson
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

John Edwardson is chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Edwardson is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and leading the senior management team.
Edwardson joined CDW in 2001. Previously, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of Burns International Services Corporation (1999-2000) and as a director (1994-1998), president (1994-1998) and chief operating officer (1995-1998) of UAL Corporation and United Airlines. Prior to UAL Corporation and United Airlines, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ameritech Corporation (1991-1994).

Edwardson is a 1971 graduate of Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and a 1972 graduate of the University of Chicago where he earned a master’s degree in business administration. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation and the Board of Trustees for The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Ravinia Festival. Edwardson also serves on the Advisory Council of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Kevin P. Adams
Vice President, Program Management, CDW Government, Inc.

Kevin Adams is vice president of program management for CDW Government, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, which addresses the unique needs of the government and education markets with brand name technology products and services.

Adams is responsible for managing Public Sector Contract Bids (pre-award) and Program Management (post-award). In this position, Adams plays a significant role in crafting and directing the contracts CDW-G will pursue, as well as the implementation strategy after award.

Prior to joining CDW-G, Adams worked as vice president of program management at GTSI. He also held positions as director of civilian programs and senior director of government-wide acquisition contract programs. Before starting his career with GTSI, Adams held program manager and director positions at Sysorex and Continental Dynamics, Inc. Adams retired from the Marine Corps in 1994, where he went from private to major in Marine Aviation. Adams received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University.

Dennis G. Berger
Senior Vice President and Chief Coworker Services Officer

Dennis Berger is senior vice president, chief coworker services officer and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Berger is responsible for leading CDW's programs in coworker learning and development, benefits, compensation, performance management, coworker relations and recruitment.

Berger joined CDW in 2005 as vice president of coworker services and executive committee member. He was promoted to his current position in 2007. Prior to joining the company, Berger served as vice president of human resources at PepsiAmericas and also served as a group vice president of human resources in PepsiAmericas' St. Louis office. Before joining PepsiAmericas in 1999, Berger held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc. and GTE Corporation.

Berger holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston and a master’s degree in business administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He serves on the Children's Memorial Foundation Board, the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and the Board of Directors for Chicago SCORES.

Douglas E. Eckrote
Senior Vice President of Operations

Doug Eckrote is Senior Vice President of Operations, and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Eckrote is responsible for CDWs two distribution centers, transportation, facilities, real estate, security, customer relations, operational excellence, business technology center and CDW Canada, Inc.

Eckrote joined CDW in 1989 as an account manager and quickly rose through the ranks. Since joining the company, he has served in a variety of management roles of increasing responsibility. Eckrote was appointed vice president of operations in 1999, senior vice president of purchasing in April 2001 and senior vice president of purchasing and operations in October 2001. He was promoted to his current role in 2006. Prior to joining CDW, Eckrote worked in outside sales for Arrow Electronics and Cintas Uniform Company.

Eckrote graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural sales and marketing. He serves as the president of the Board for the Center For Enriched Living and chairman of the Board for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois. In 2002, he was named one of Crain's Chicago Business "Forty Under Forty" business leaders.

Mark J. Gambill
Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Mark Gambill is vice president, chief marketing officer and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Gambill is responsible for the strategy and development of CDW's advertising, marketing intelligence and research, catalogs and collateral materials, creative services, relationship marketing and corporate communications.

Prior to joining the company, Gambill worked at Manpower, Inc., where he served as vice president of marketing (2000-2005) and vice president of global strategic marketing beginning in 2005. Before Manpower, Inc., Gambill served as vice president of marketing (1997) and senior vice president and chief marketing officer (1997-1999) at ESI Corp. Additionally, he held senior leadership roles in sales and marketing at HR outsourcing firms such as Paychex and Synesys.

Gambill holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Florida State University and has completed executive leadership and strategic marketing programs through INSEAD and the University of Chicago. Gambill is a member of the Business Marketing Association of Chicago having served as an advisor to the conference board for marketing. He is also on the advisory board for Market Velocity, Inc., a national provider of turn-key solutions and technology platforms for the trade-in, recycling, and donation of limited value assets. Additionally, Gambill is a member of the Direct Marketing Association and is actively involved with his local chapter of the Special Olympics and local leadership for the United Way.

Mary Jo Georgen is assistant corporate secretary of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Georgen is responsible for supporting the corporate secretary and CDW attorneys. In addition, Georgen manages non-attorney legal staff and assists in the management of the legal department.

Prior to joining CDW, Georgen held positions as legal assistant and assistant corporate secretary with United Air Lines, Inc. and UAL Corporation. Before starting her career with United Air Lines, Inc. Georgen held paralegal positions at Isham, Lincoln, & Beale and Henry Gurion and Associates.

Georgen earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Loyola University, and paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University.

Kenneth B. Grimsley
Vice President, Strategic Sales, CDW Government, Inc.

Ken Grimsley is vice president of strategic sales of CDW Government, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, which addresses the unique needs of the government and education markets with brand name technology products and services.

Grimsley leads all of the technical and services sales groups for CDW and CDW-G, which specialize in areas such as networking, security, power, servers/storage, telephony, mobile/wireless, software licensing and renewals as well as implementation, support and training services. He is also responsible for generating sales to strategic partners and ensuring that customers have access to highly-certified and knowledgeable technology experts ready to assist with a wide range of IT solution and service needs.

Before joining CDW-G in 2003, Grimsley served as vice president of the government and education sales division of Micro Warehouse. He also previously served as vice president of federal and state and local government sales at GTSI. Grimsley is a 2005 recipient of a Government Channel Leadership Award from Washington Technology.

Anne B. Ireland
Sales Planning & Operations

Anne Ireland is vice president of sales planning & operations for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Ireland is responsible for further aligning the business planning, forecasting and sales operations efforts of CDW.

Ireland began her CDW career as director of investor relations and corporate development in 2001. In 2003 she was promoted to senior director of marketing operations and then to vice president of business development in 2005. Prior to joining the CDW team, she held positions in corporate development at Burns International, Allegiance Corporation and Baxter International.

Ireland earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.

Christine A. Leahy
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Chris Leahy is senior vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government, and education.

Leahy is responsible for CDW’s legal, corporate governance and compliance functions. She is also a founder and current sponsor of the Women-to-Women Network at CDW which focuses on leadership and development.

In 2002, Leahy joined the CDW team as the company's first in-house counsel and as a member of the company’s executive committee. Prior to joining the company, Leahy served as a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP, where she specialized in corporate governance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and strategic counseling.

Leahy earned her undergraduate degree from Brown University and J.D. from Boston College Law School. She also completed the CEO Perspective and Women’s Director Development programs at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Leahy is a member of the American, Chicago and Washington, D.C. Bar Associations.

James J. Lillis
Vice President, Services

James "Norm" Lillis is vice president of services for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for businesses, government and education.

He is responsible for CDW’s Technology Services offerings. In this capacity, Lillis focuses on enhancing CDW’s overall service offerings and delivery methods and evaluating new service-related opportunities as a means to expand the company’s current network of partners, all with the goal of ensuring that customers have the best experience possible with CDW.

Lillis joined CDW in 1993 as an account manager, and since then has amassed a broad range of customer and channel experience spanning the small, medium and large segments. Lillis served in a variety of management positions before being promoted to vice president of sales in 2000. In 2004, Lillis spearheaded the formation of the CDW SolutionEdge program. He was appointed to his current role as vice president of services in 2006.

Lillis graduated cum laude from Loras College with a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications/public relations. He also completed the University of Chicago's Chicago Management Institute program in 2003. Lillis is a member of the CompTIA Services Section and the Sales Executive Council of the Corporate Executive Board. Additionally, Lillis serves on the Board of Directors of CASA Lake County, a local office of the nationwide CASA program, which supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes.

Brett M. Rimkus
Vice President, Finance and Assistant Secretary

Brett Rimkus is vice president of finance and assistant secretary for CDW Berbee, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, acquired in October 2006.

Rimkus is responsible for developing operating policies and procedures in support of CDW Berbee’s strategic business objectives. Rimkus joined Berbee in 1997 and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in 1999. Prior to joining Berbee, Rimkus spent 11 years working in the Business Services and Public Accounting industry.

Rimkus graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. In addition, he holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Rimkus is a founding director of the Fitchburg Chamber of Commerce and served on its Board of Directors for five years. He also serves on the Advisory Board for Cascade Asset Management LLC, an IT equipment disposal company, and on Madison Development Corporation’s Venture Debt Fund Advisory Committee.

Christina V. Rother
Group Vice President, Public Sector, CDW Government, Inc.

Chris Rother is group vice president of public sector for CDW Government, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, which addresses the unique needs of the government and education markets with brand name technology products and services.

Rother leads the federal, education, state and local and healthcare sales teams and oversees a group of inside and field sales executives responsible for making sure that customers have the best experience possible with CDW-G. This includes working with vendor partners to build solutions that fit customer technology needs and forming strategic partnerships with organizations such as Scholastic’s Alliance for Young Artists and Writers, Project Inkwell and Discovery Education that provide funding and educational resources to schools.

Rother joined the company in 1991 as an entry-level account manager and quickly rose through the ranks. In 1998, she participated on the team that created CDW-G and in 2002 was appointed vice president for education and state and local sales. Rother’s responsibilities were expanded in 2005 when she was chosen to lead the company’s newly formed healthcare sales team. She was promoted to group vice president of sales in 2006 and assumed her current role in 2007.

Prior to joining the company, Rother held a number of sales positions with technology companies including Laser Computers and Price Electronics.

Rother earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition to fostering educational improvements through her work at CDW-G, she contributes to the NIGP Supplier Partner Council, as well as the Associated Colleges of Illinois, where she serves as a member of the board.

Virginia L. Seggerman
Vice President and Controller

Virginia Seggerman is vice president and controller for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Seggerman is responsible for producing all of the company's financial statements, its financial controls and providing business support on all financial matters.

Prior to joining CDW, Seggerman served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago. In this role, Seggerman was responsible for financial reporting, tax, financial planning and analysis, operational finance, accounting shared services and other related duties. Prior to Equity Office she served as vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer of R.R. Donnelly & Sons Company in Chicago. She also held positions of increasing responsibility at Packaging Corporation of America and Arthur Andersen LLP, where she began her career.

Seggerman, a certified public accountant, earned a BBA from the College of William & Mary in 1980 and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business in 1998.

Paul S. Shain
Senior Vice President

Paul Shain is senior vice president and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Shain is responsible for product and partner management, marketing and business development. In this capacity, Shain uses his past experience to build strong vendor partnerships as CDW continues to broaden offerings into services and solutions. Shain is also responsible for identifying and analyzing new business opportunities for the company.

Shain also serves as chief executive officer of Madison, Wisconsin-based Berbee Information Networks Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, acquired in October 2006.

Shain joined Berbee in 2000 as president, and was appointed chief executive officer in 2005. Prior to joining Berbee, Shain was managing director and director of research for Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. At Baird, he was the senior IT services analyst and was responsible for the overall supervision and administration of Baird's equity research efforts.

Shain graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a Master of Business Administration in finance. In addition, Shain holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He serves on Executive Partner Councils for both IBM Corporation and Cisco Systems. In addition, Shain is on a number of charitable boards associated with education. He has served on the Deans Advisory Board of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and the Madison Area Technical College Foundation – an organization dedicated to financial scholarships for students who otherwise would not be able to attend school.

James R. Shanks
Executive Vice President

Jim Shanks is executive vice president for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Shanks is responsible for advancing the strategic direction and managing all aspects of CDW's corporate and public sector sales forces. This includes sales force strategy, structure, goals, revenue generation, training and development.

Shanks joined CDW in 1993 as director of information technology, was appointed vice president of information systems in 1996, served as chief information officer from 1999 until 2001 and was appointed president of CDW Government Inc. in 2001 before assuming his current position in 2006. Between 1985 and 1993, Shanks was employed by American Hotel Register as manager of information systems.

Shanks is a 1991 graduate of Barat College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems and a 1996 graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where he earned a master’s degree in business administration. He is a recipient of a 2005 Fed 100 award and 2005 American Business Award for best executive in the computer software & services category.

Gregory L. Sliwicki
Group Vice President

Greg L. Sliwicki is group vice president of CDW Berbee, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDW Corporation, acquired in October 2006.

Sliwicki is responsible for providing the strategic and operational direction to multiple line operating units within Berbee including product management, marketing, sales operations and delivery.

Sliwicki joined Berbee in 1998 as regional manager of the Berbee Appleton office, was appointed to vice president of sales in 2000 and president in 2005. Prior to joining Berbee, Sliwicki spent 14 years at IBM in various sales and marketing roles. Sliwicki is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and information systems. He serves on the advisory board at Visicom, a leader in Enterprise Telecom Expense Management (TEM).

Jonathan J. Stevens
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Jon Stevens is senior vice president, chief information officer and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Stevens is responsible for the strategic direction of CDW’s information technology and e-commerce initiatives including our internet, intranet, and customer extranet sites, and e-procurement integrations.

Stevens joined CDW in 2001 as the company’s vice president of information technology. He was named chief information officer and appointed to serve on the executive committee in 2002. In addition, he served as CDW’s vice president, international in charge of the strategic direction of the company's international business focus including CDW Canada, Inc., from 2005 to 2006. He was promoted to his current role in 2007. Previously, Stevens served as regional technology director for Avanade, an international integration company formed as a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture. Before Avanade, Stevens was a principal with Microsoft Consulting Services and led an IT group for a corporate division of AT&T/NCR.

Stevens is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems Management. Also, Stevens is actively involved with many charities and enjoys donating his time to schools in need of new technology resources.

Maria M. Sullivan
Vice President, Small Business

Maria Sullivan is vice president of small business sales of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Sullivan is responsible for leading the team of small business account managers and ensuring that small business customers have the best possible experience with CDW.

Sullivan began her CDW career as the company's director of sales training and recruiting. In this capacity, she was responsible for recruiting and training account managers. She is also credited with developing CDW University, the centerpiece of CDW’s account manager training program, which provides intensive and ongoing product and sales sessions. Prior to assuming her current role in 2006, Sullivan served as vice president of learning and development. Before joining the CDW team, she worked at Hallmark Cards, Inc. where she held various roles including; sales trainer, sales executive and sales representative.

Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Matthew A. Troka
Vice President, Product and Partner Management

Matt Troka is vice president of product and partner management for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for businesses, government and education.

Troka is responsible for managing CDW's relationship with its community of industry-leading vendors. In addition, he directs the day-to-day operations of CDW's purchasing department, keeping a broad selection of technology readily available to customers.

Troka joined CDW in 1992 as an account manager. He quickly rose through the ranks and moved into sales management in 1995 as a sales manger. In 1998, Troka was promoted to corporate sales director and served in this capacity until 2001, when he was appointed senior director of purchasing. Prior to assuming his current role in 2006, Troka served as vice president of purchasing beginning in 2004.

Troka is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and business administration. He is Chairman of the CDW Supplier Diversity Advisory Council. This council was formed in May 2007. Troka is responsible for driving this initiative within CDW.

William T. Weaver
Group Vice President, Medium/Large Segment

Bill Weaver is group vice president of medium/large segment for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Weaver is responsible for leading CDW's sales efforts for the company’s Medium (100-499 employees) and large business (500+ employees) market segments, within the Corporate segment. His primary focus is to further strengthen CDW’s position in these segments and expand into new markets and customers.

Weaver joined CDW in August 2007 and brings more than 20 years of experience. He most recently served as vice president, U.S. enterprise sales, Technology Solutions Group for Hewlett-Packard, where he was responsible for revenue and margin growth for enterprise, mid-market and public sector businesses. He led the U.S. Enterprise Team’s transformation to a “solutions-based” sales force and was also responsible for the technology group call centers, system integrator team and several industry verticals. Prior to his role with Hewlett-Packard, Weaver acted as regional vice president of Compaq, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2002.

Robert J. Welyki
Vice President, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary

Bob Welyki is vice president and treasurer of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Welyki is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's cash management. Additionally he oversees CDW's tax, investment management, risk management, payroll, commissions and CDW's benefit and stock option plan administration.

Welyki began his CDW career as director of tax and treasury. Prior to joining the CDW team, he served as tax director, vice president and treasurer for CCC Information Services. Before CCC Information Services, Welyki was a tax manager at Price Waterhouse.

Welyki, a certified public accountant, earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from University of Illinois. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Tax Executives Institute.

Ann E. Ziegler
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ann Ziegler serves as senior vice president, chief financial officer and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.

Ziegler is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, risk management and internal audit.

Ziegler joined the company in 2008 and brings her experience as a financial executive to the management team at CDW. Prior to joining CDW she held a number of executive positions with Sara Lee. Most recently she served as chief financial officer and senior vice president of administration for Sara Lee Food & Beverage.

Ziegler earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of William and Mary and a law degree from University of Chicago Law School. Ziegler serves on the board of directors of Unitrin, Inc. and The Chicago Shakespeare Theatre.
