Christina V. Rother
Senior Vice President, Public and Advanced Technology Sales
Chris Rother is senior vice president of public and advanced technology sales and executive committee member of CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare.
Rother is responsible for managing all aspects of CDW's public sector and advanced technology sales forces, including sales force strategy, structure, goals, operations, revenue generation and training and development.
Rother joined the company in 1991 as an entry-level account manager and quickly rose through the ranks. In 1998, she participated on the team that created CDW-G and in 2002 was appointed vice president for education and state and local sales. Rother's responsibilities were expanded in 2005, when she was chosen to lead the company's newly formed healthcare sales team. She was promoted to group vice president in 2006 for CDW-G until assuming her current roles as senior vice president and president of CDW-G in 2009.
Prior to joining the company, Rother held a number of sales positions with technology companies including Laser Computers and Price Electronics.
Rother earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In addition to fostering educational improvements through her work with the company, she also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.

Tom DeCoster
Vice President, Service Solutions
Tom DeCoster is vice president of service solutions for CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare.
DeCoster is responsible for the overall strategy of the Service Solutions group, which is comprised of project-based professional services and operations-based managed services. His team of 900 delivers and manages technology solutions including converged infrastructure and systems and software solutions for customer across the United States and Canada. Service Solutions is sought after and trusted to deliver and manage mission-critical technology infrastructure for customers and is recognized for its world-class professionals and operational excellence.
DeCoster joined CDW in 2006 as senior director of professional services. Prior to joining CDW, DeCoster was senior director of professional services at Berbee Information Networks.
DeCoster earned a B.S. in business from Indiana University and an M.S. in engineering from the University of Colorado.

Christine R. Holloway
Vice President, Converged Infrastructure Solutions
Christine Holloway is vice president of converge infrastructure solutions for CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare.
Holloway is responsible for the overall strategy and development of CDW’s unified communications, networking and security solutions offerings. She leads a team of more than 200 solution architects who are responsible for designing and configuring these solutions for CDW clients and prospects.
Prior to joining CDW in 2007, Holloway was vice president of sales and marketing at Tushaus Computer Services and held roles of increasing responsibility at Norstan Communications, most recently serving as director of sales.
Holloway earned a B.S. in education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has completed additional post-graduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Presently, she serves as the president of TEMPO’s Waukesha, Wis., chapter, an executive women’s organization dedicated to the professional and personal development of women leaders.

James J. Lillis
Vice President, System Solutions
James "Norm" Lillis is vice president of system solutions for CDW, a leading provider of technology products and services for businesses, government, education and healthcare.
He is responsible for CDW's technology specialist teams focused on system solutions. In this capacity, Lillis leads all aspects of server and storage, power and cooling, client computing, third-party implementation and support services and mobility specialist teams. Lillis' team is part of the larger Strategic Solutions and Services team.
Lillis joined CDW in 1993 as an account manager, and since then has amassed a broad range of customer and channel experience spanning the small, medium and large segments. Lillis served in a variety of management positions before being promoted to vice president of sales in 2000. In 2004, Lillis spearheaded the formation of the CDW SolutionEdge program. He was appointed as vice president of services in 2006 with primary responsibility for CDW's product and configuration services and to his current role in 2009.
Lillis graduated cum laude from Loras College with a B.A. in speech communications/public relations. He also completed the University of Chicago's Chicago Management Institute program in 2003. Lillis is a member of the CompTIA Services Section and the Sales Executive Council of the Corporate Executive Board. Additionally, Lillis serves as president of the board of directors of CASA Lake County, a local office of the nationwide CASA program, which supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes.

William T. Weaver
Group Vice President, Advanced Technologies
Bill Weaver is group vice president of advanced technologies for CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare.
Weaver is responsible for leading CDW's branch office sales teams selling unified communications, virtualization and other advanced technology solutions. Most recently, Weaver served as group vice president of med/lar sales, in which his primary focus was to further strengthen CDW's position in these segments and expand to new markets and customers.
Weaver joined CDW in August 2007 and brings more than 20 years of experience. As vice president, U.S. enterprise sales, Technology Solutions Group for Hewlett-Packard, he was responsible for revenue and margin growth for enterprise, mid-market and public sector businesses. He led the U.S. Enterprise Team's transformation to a "solutions-based" sales force and was also responsible for the technology group call centers, system integrator team and several industry verticals. Prior to his role with Hewlett-Packard, Weaver acted as regional vice president of Compaq, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2002.

Harry Zoberman
Vice President, Software Solutions
Harry Zoberman is vice president of software solutions for CDW, a leading provider of technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare.
Zoberman is responsible for the overall sales strategy of all software and related solutions and managing relationships with software technology partners and providers.
Prior to joining CDW in 2010, Zoberman held a number of director and executive-level roles in various organizations in the IT channel and beyond. These include his role as president and CEO of MTC Performance/Spiffs.com (2008-2010), SaaS provider of partner incentive systems for the IT community. Additionally, he served as a consultant and adviser with Sterling Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm with $4 billion of capital under management (2006-2008). Harry also served as senior vice president of ASAP Software (1990-2006), helping establish ASAP as one of the leading software VAR in the world. Prior to that, he held various director-level roles with McMaster Carr Supply Company (1981-1990), a leading privately held distributor and industrial supplier in the United States.
Zoberman earned an M.B.A. in marketing and international business from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in marketing from the University of Illinois. He participates in numerous technology industry advisory and editorial boards and is a certified docent and active with the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center.
