Methodology
CDW hired O'Keeffe & Company to conduct an online survey of 200 IT managers from medium and large businesses (with more than 100 employees) that experienced a significant network disruption in the last twelve months. The total sample size equates to a margin of error of ± 6.9 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
