
CDW's Average Daily Sales Increase 10.2 Percent in February 2005
VERNON HILLS, Ill. – March 7, 2005 - CDW Corporation (NASDAQ: CDWC), a leading provider of technology products and services to business, government and education, today announced average daily sales for February 2005 were $22.979 million, an increase of 10.2 percent compared to average daily sales of $20.854 million for February 2004. Total sales for February 2005 were $459.6 million compared to total sales for February 2004 of $417.1 million. Both months had 20 billing days.
The corporate and public sector segments both grew in February 2005. Product categories that achieved year-over-year double digit unit volume growth for the month included notebook CPUs, desktop CPUs, server CPUs, data storage, software, video, and printers.
The Company plans to announce March 2005 sales and first quarter earnings on Tuesday, April 19, 2005. March 2004 had 23 billing days and March 2005 will have 23 billing days.
