Zeman will be completing his tenure on CDW's board of directors at the annual meeting of shareholders on May 21, 2003 and will no longer seek re-election. Mr. Zeman joined the company in 1987 and served in a number of roles, including president from 1991-2001 and vice-chairman from January 2001 until January 2002.
