The relationship marks Gateway's entry into selling its systems through a direct marketer and is an expansion of its alternate channels strategy aimed at reaching potential small- and medium-sized business customers in new ways. In addition to its traditional direct model, Gateway currently works with a number of VARs and NSPs, but is selective about relationships in order to maintain a consistent and positive buying experience for customers.
